Late payments may result in additional fees.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments for installations may be scheduled online, by phone, or via SMS.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.

By opting into Alta Lighting Alerts, you agree to receive recurring text messages about scheduling, promotions, and account information.

Message frequency may vary.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Provide safe access to the property and disclose any hazards.

Ensure the installation area (roofline, eaves, etc.) is accessible and free of obstructions.

Maintain installed systems in accordance with our care guidelines.

6. Liability & Limitations

While we take great care, Alta Lighting is not responsible for pre-existing damage, faulty electrical systems, or structural issues that interfere with installation.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service or product provided.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Warranties

Alta Lighting provides warranties on products and installations as outlined in your purchase agreement.

Warranty coverage may vary depending on product type and installation conditions.
